This policy may be revised periodically. In case of discrepancies between the English and Chinese versions, the English version shall prevail. "Personal data" refers to any personally identifiable or sensitive information (e.g., name, occupation, address, contact details, ID/passport number, date of birth, email, phone number, credit card information, age, marital status, employer, income, and other statistical data).

 

2. Purposes of Using Your Personal Data
Your personal data may be collected when you purchase services, shop, or apply for membership. We may use your data for mandatory or voluntary purposes. For mandatory purposes, data must be provided to access services. For voluntary purposes, you may choose whether to provide such data.

Mandatory purposes include:

• Membership registration and maintenance

• Accumulating reward points

• Notifying eligible benefits and offers

• Sharing member privileges

• Informing about revisions to member plans/products

• Building relationships

• Data cleansing and customer updates

Voluntary purposes include:

• Providing tailored service/product recommendations

• Follow-up services by beauty consultants

• Sending VIP newsletters and event updates

3. Collection Method
Before trial/purchase, we may request original HK ID card and record its number. We reserve the right to deny service if ID is not provided. Transferring ID cards without authorization violates the Registration of Persons Ordinance (Sec. 7AA).

 

4. Direct Marketing
By providing personal data, you may receive promotional calls/emails/mail from us or partners. To opt out, notify us in writing at "2/F, Tai Xing Commercial Building, 39 Granville Road, Tsim Sha Tsui" free of charge.

 

5. Data Retention
We retain transaction records for auditing purposes for a reasonable period.

 

6. Security
Your data is securely stored in our system and accessible only to authorized personnel.

 

7. Data Disclosure
We may share your data with Empathy Natural Beauty Limited affiliates. To object to disclosure, notify us in writing with your name, membership number, and contact details at the above address.

 

8. Data Access
Submit written requests to access personal data. We will comply within 40 days per Ordinance Sec. 19(1). Requests must be in writing per Sec. 20(3e). A reasonable fee may apply but may be waived for correction purposes.

 

9. Data Correction
Submit written requests with correct details to amend data. We will correct within 40 days per Ordinance Sec. 23 free of charge.
